Definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Providing all possible solutions to a pest problem, including cultural practices, monitoring, identification of the pest and the plant(s) and offering organic pest controls before offer a chemical solution, if at all.

Typically the customer contacts us and we visit their home to determine the problem and then recommend a course of action.

Customer satisfaction. We ask for feedback from customers. We also monitor studies being done at Ohio State and other universities. We also test the products ourselves when we can.
