Danielle Del Nodal
Danielle Del Nodal - Las Vegas, NV
Danielle first emailed us in August 2022 with story of many pets becoming ill from pesticide
spraying and use in common landscape areas of HOA in Summerlin Nevada, outside of Las Vegas.
We first connected Danielle with Beyond Pesticides Community Resource and Policy Director to
recommend any further strategies to rally her neighbors on the issue. Danielle had gotten a good
amount of news press (see the links below) and she wanted to continue to organize the residents to
pressure the board to change the HOA policy on landscaping practices. She was able to do this
effectively and got the HOA to pause the spraying to investigate the practices further.
She emailed back on 8.24.23 asking for further legal tips and referrals for a class action lawsuit.
