Definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

IPM is a process of monitoring, sanitation, exclusion, and application of pesticides only as needed.

How Pest Problems Are Identified

We inspect, using sticky traps for monitors on each service visit, to determine what pest activity exists.

Practices Used to Prevent or Control Pests

Glueboards to trap insects; sealing up holes and cracks; application of botanical or inorganic insecticides as needed.

Yes- Boric Acid based granular and gel bait formulations and BoraCare wood treatment.

Diflubenzuron- inside bait cartridges placed inside tamper-resistant termite bait stations below ground.
