LETTER. The recommendations
in the draft PR Notice apply only to products labeled for wide-area
application of adulticides (not larvicides) by ground or aerial equipment,
typically as ULV sprays or fogs, and not to home and garden use products
which may list mosquitoes on the label. Comments are due to the EPA
under Docket ID number OPP-2004-0018 on or before July 27, 2004.
