We do almost all structural pest problems using all IPM practices available. We offer non-chemical pest practices whenever possible. The company believes in "the less pesticides used, the better!"


What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

The use of all methods of pest management to most efficiently accomplish the mission with the least amount of pesticide.

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

We try not to establish schedules. Each job is unique and requires specific planning to establish an IPM.

How are pest problems identified?

1.) traps 2.) technician observation 3.) telephone questioning.

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Monitoring, baiting, sanitation, live trapping, pheromone monitors and bait traps.

Do you use biological controls?

Yes, Bt, birds, ladybugs and praying mantice.

Do you use borates?

Yes, for termite and carpenter ant control. Void and foundation termite pretreatments.

Do you use synthetic chemicals?

Synthetic pyrethroids, borates, Dragnet SFR (permethrin), Suspend SC (deltamethrin), Maxforce bait (fipronil).

Borates, pyrethrin, Dragnet SFR (permethrin) and Suspend SC (deltamethrin).
