IPM involves a scientic method to control
pests using monitoring, inspection, looking for alternatives to pesticides,

We offer different types of services tailor
made to the needs of the client. For example, after using exclusion
and trapping to manage a rat infestation, we monitor on a regular
schedule. |

We use sticky traps and visual inspections.
After inspecting, the pests are examined in our office. When necessary,
we work with an entomologist. |

screens, caulking and sealing cracks and crevices, repairs. Sanitation
is extremely important to remove pest-friendly environments. We work
with clients and clean attractive environments such as drains, garbage
disposal areas, leaky faucets, weedy areas near the outside of the
structure, potting plants, and anywhere food accumulates. |

We are exploring working with an insectory
to use biological controls, such as beneficial mites to control populations
of pest mites, ladybugs to control aphids. |
