What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

The only term we can use for alternative pest control. Truly should be defined as finding the middle ground between what the customer can live with and what they cannot.

 

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

Yes, to the degree the customer needs it. We take each customer as a case-by-case basis.

 

How are pest problems identified?

Monitored by the customer through call backs, termites on a quarterly or annual basis.

 

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

It depends on the pest; some spraying, some mechanical practices.

No.
