We are a small family owned pest control company that has been in service in the St. Petersberg/Tampa area for the past 15 years. The company was started by my dad when our family dog was killed during a normal house-hold pest control monthly treatment. We specialize in the use of organics in pest control. We treat the inside of the home and perimeter of the building. We like what we do!

What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

Regular monitoring to detect problems early; treat only what is necessary and choose the most effective option with the least risk to the environment.

 

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

We treat the inside of the home or commericial building once a year and perimeter treatments quarterly. If a problem starts on the inside, just call us and we will retreat for free.

How are pest problems identified?

Sticky traps and monitoring. We also rely on our past records.

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Carefully applied boric acid and diatomaceous earth (food grade); baits for ants and roaches; education on cleaning and pest proofing.

Do you use borates?

We will often use borates to blow the attic and in crevice treatment. It is also in ant bait gel and Advance liquid ant bait.
