	Chem-Wise is a company that maintains the philosophy of minimizing the use of pesticides inside the living areas of the home. Currently, Chem-Wise services Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

Incorporating non-chemical methods (i.e. caulking, sanitation) into a pest management program.

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

	Residentially, we provide service or a single "target" service or tri-annual basis (spring, summer, fall).

How are pest problems identified?

	In schools, non-toxic glueboards are used. In homes, outside barrier treatments are performed as needed.

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Perimeter barrier treatments are done.

No.

	Boric acid products such as timbor are used.

Do you use synthetic chemicals?

	Suspend (deltamethrin).
