member of NOFA. We are a residential full service landscape firm serving
nothern NJ and are active in our state trade organization as well
as continuing education. We provide organic care, unique landscape
plantings and landscape construction. Our architects and crews specialize
in native plantings and sustainable landscapes. We provide a high
level of responsive service with a strong horticultural commitment
to our customers and their environment. |

your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)? |

Our IPM program
is a common sense approach that relies on monitoring, determination
of tolerance threshold, preventions, and lastly, controls. |

Is pest management performed on a specific schedule? |

We use phenology
to determine when disease will begin to be an issue. |

We monitor visually
and with traps. Treatment is made only if necessary (customer demands,
economic loss). |

We rely on environmental/cultural
practices as our main control. Applications are only made as a last
resort. |
