How do you evaluate effectiveness of your pest management

I feel I have very low liability & my employees like not having to be exposed to large quantities of pesticides. Our clients enjoy knowing that our employees are educated and care about their families. We provide, at no additional charge, an educational class on how both parties, the client and the provider, can control pest and what each parties' roll is in IPM.
