is ever evolving as knowledge increases in this field. By using every
available tool accessible in an IPM program that is non-toxic to correct
or improve a pest situation using inspection, sanitation, communication
& application as a last resort only! |

Yes, IPM is specific
in all residential & commercial accounts. Inspection is privately
#1 with monitoring & documenting findings! |

Pests are identified
by follow up monitoring on sightings, complaints & then we decide
what is the safest non-toxic approach to correct the target pest.
Pesticides are a last resort for implementing control. |

TimBor (boric acid)
effectively for Termites, powder post beetles & various
ants. We also use Drax. |

CS (lambda cyhalothrin), MaxForce Baits (hydramethylnon), BP100 (pyrethrum),
CB 80 (pyrethrins), Avert (avermectin), Gentrol (hydroprene), Pre-Cor
(methoprene), Microcare (pyrethrum), Ultraban (fenoxycarb), Advance
(abamectin), Exterra (diflubenzuron) & Suspend (deltamethrin)
only when necessary. |
