What is your definition of Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?

Inspection, monitoring, establishing thresh-hold levels. Take action with physical barriers and habitat modification first. Treat with least-toxic materials appropriate to pest, season and location.


Is pest management performed on a specific schedule?

We service every other month residentially, and montly with commercial accounts. We inspect, monitor and treat as needed for ants, roaches, crickets, etc.

How are pest problems identified?

We identify through inspection. We monitor with glue boards and communicate with the customer.

What practices do you use to prevent and/or control pests?

Caulk and screen first. We bait areas or dust with diatomaceous earth or Tim-Bor.

Yes, as a dust and spray (Tim-Bor, Bora-Care), and Foam (Bora-Care), and Bait (Niban)

That depends entirely on the situation.

Other than basic caulking and sealing, we recommend that the customer get involved with habitat modification.

Caulk, foam, screen. For pigeons: spikes, nets, shock, etc.
