The implications of this keep-the-farmers-on-the-pesticide-treadmill are just Enormously Horrifying.

There IS NOT one defensible argument for humanity's being compelled---by ANY corporate interests such as pesticide manufacturers, or by any OTHER interests!---to accept via governmental regulations a permanent condition of pesticide-laden foods!

I do WHOLEHEARTEDLY object to this emergency exemption.

We are talking about the necessity for life-sustaining food that is NOT laden with noxious chemicals.

The EMERGENCY here is that we are in true danger of CHOOSING a permanently toxic food future on this earth.

If we want to avoid that horrifically fatal scenario, it may Well be necessary to face some very difficult---BUT Temporary, AND Survivable!!--- economic crop damage for a period of time.

May citizens become well informed on the DIRE implications of a pesticide-laden food supply. If---out of ignorance OR apathy---we do not act to vigorously defend ourselves from pesticides in our food, then we will by this default become a very sick population.

We can, and we should, do better than this.

NO "emergency" exemption.
