If fertilizers and pesticides are the causal factors then CKDU should be reported in other parts of the country as well where fertilizers and pesticides are used widely. WHO report does not indicate that CKDU is due to arsenic and arsenic. Of course indiscriminate use of fertilizers and pesticides should be stopped.
