I am researching this pesticide — it was applied to my lawn by TruGreen as a “safe” and “approved” pesticide, even though I expressed a lot of concern about my bees. The salesman was very pushy and said this pesticide was “safe.” Now all three of my honeybee colonies are almost completely GONE! I can’t believe I expressed such concern, tried to be careful and now I find out the stuff is BANNED in France and many other countries!! I got laughed at by people who are supposed to be the experts on lawn care, citing the EPA as the authoritative voice. They frankly could care less about my bees and cared far more about billing me for pesticide application and now my bees are gone. The bees and cautious beekeepers NEED better protection!!
