This is deplorable! While the EPA continues to hold 2,4-D "unclassifiable" and the American Cancer Society continues to join that playground, you can be rest assured that insurance companies elevate to high alert status when a serious exposure pops up threatening their financial status, i.e. BPA threats in manufactured products! The point here: If insurance companies decide to drop a market segment, or provide exclusionary forms because they will lose money, that shows potential loss through litigation, paying claims, etc. - it means something is dreadfully wrong and the huge threat/loss is on the horizon. Decisions like this remain prime acts of criminal negligence!
