		<description><![CDATA[Why was the vegetable growing public allowed to use Carbaryl dust on our gardens with very low risk from ingestion in a matter of days according to the manufacturer&#039;s label, if it is so toxic to be restricted and phased out now some 30 years later?  What insecticide dust will replace 5% carbaryl for vegetable garden use?  thanks for reply]]></description>
