		<description><![CDATA[From what I can see, the study is just another example of really poor research.  The researcher compares the produce from 3 plots - the so-called organic plot was fertilized with manure and no pesticides were used.  I am sorry.  That is not organic vegetable production.  How long was that ground free of chemicals?  No information.  Did they use compost? No information.  To get the full benefits of organic methods it really takes a 10 year conversion - but at least 3 years should be reported to meet organic standards.  Please do not feature such lowsy &quot;science&quot; on your site!
