		<description><![CDATA[There are alot of scare tactics going on in the tri state area near Cincy.  IND, KY, and Ohio Health officials need to be making a concerted effort to educate the public about preventative measures. There is a huge learning curve here regarding environmental health in general.

For example tobacco use is still prevelant in restraunts in KY and IND. 

Incidentally, the obesity rates in this area are at some of the highest in the nation, for eg in KY, and I can&#039;t help but wonder if it can be at all related to widespread pesticide use and resulting endocrine disruption. Sports and activity aren&#039;t the problem as this is a year round childrens&#039; soccer mecca!

Applying pesticides to childrens&#039; mattresses is clearly not the answer!]]></description>
