		<description><![CDATA[Jay,this is GREAT news, of course! You will remember the consternation I went through for four years serving as an organic farmer on the charter NOSB! A lot of back-pedaling and watering-down of the rules went on at the time, and given the fact that organic livestock production standards had never even been approached nationally, it was even harder to be effective as the outsider certified organic livestock producer! I will never regret the appointment to that Board, however; it was a very important part of my life, and John&#039;s as well!
