I am a retired Chiropractor who worked as a crew leader in a plant nursery in 2002. During that time I developed a peripheral neuopathy in my arms that was misdiagnosed as a repetitive trauma disorder as a result of pesticide exposure. I am presently suing the nursery, not for the side affects of pesticide poisoning (as it is impossible to prove beyond a reasonalbe doubt) but have chosen to pursue the avenue that they did nothing to protect any of us from exposure and went to great lengths to cover their tracks. My strategy is to file a work comp suit in my behalf to cover my medical expenses and treatment and THEN come back and file a civil suit (possibly class action) for damages in behalf of the other migrant workers who have suffered with no recourse. I believe the Lord has sent me here at this point in time to be an educated voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. I have a great deal of courtroom experience, testifying as an expert witness and am comfortable in this setting. I would ask for your assistance in any way possible in pursuing this thing. I am from vancouver,canada and i wanted to say that these american companys in nicaragua should be nationalized by the nicaraguan gov.That is what the Cuban gov. did to help the farmers there.The cuban farmers dont have the problems that the nicaraguan farmers got.The US.gov. causes most of the problems in nicaragua.The first step in helping the farmers is getting rid of the source of the problem which is interference from the US.gov.

I NEED A LAWYER TO SUE WHILE I AM STILL ALIVE. VA SHOULD BE JUST AS MUCH AT FAULT AS ALL THE CHEMICALS COMPANIES. I WANT TO NAME THEM ALL IN THE LAW SUIT.
