		<description><![CDATA[This is a very important issue for pesticide regulations, in fact EPA as the biggest regulatory agency should consider many other important issues in this relation and particularly when dealing with GHS for pesticide/ chemical regulations EPA is responsible to work with real scientific people in developing countries, please see my previous message on Google regarding this important issue;
the problem is that in most of these developing countries pesticide/ chemical regulations does not exist/ follow a safe and scientific pathway but rather it is a mess;

In my personal experience about GHS (Global Harmonization System) for pesticide/ chemical regulations, labeling, transportation etc., I realized that EPA is only considering the governmental side in developing countries.
